Sharon Dillard, CEO & Co-founder
Originally from Texas, Sharon worked with high-end fashion companies for many years, gaining a savvy and intuitive marketing sense. In 1999, she took a patent and an idea and grew GET A GRIP into a national company leading the resurfacing industry. In 2010, New Mexico Business Weekly recognized Sharon as a Top CEO for her leadership. The company has also won multiple awards, including a Duke City Dozen Award for innovation and creativity from the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce, and recognition from New Mexico Business Weekly as A Best Place To Work. Get A Grip has been featured nationwide for its outstanding workmanship and products. In January 2009, the company debuted on Entrepreneur's 30th Annual Franchise 500 listing. When she's not working, Sharon loves riding her horse and taking long trail rides in the mountains with friends. She and her husband Cub Dillard have two sons, Ryan and Austen, all of whom work for the company.

Ryan Dillard, President & Co-founder
Ryan joined Get A Grip in 1999. He trains new franchisees and technicians in the state-of-the-art techniques and products that have made Get A Grip one of the most innovative resurfacing companies in the industry. Ryan is always researching and developing new products and techniques that keep Get A Grip on the cutting edge in the resurfacing industry. Ryan is a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and loves to play soccer – a sport he has played since he was young.

Austen Dillard, Vice President
Austen joined the rest of the family at Get A Grip in 2000 and found his true calling and career as Vice President, overseeing all aspects of the company's safety program. Austen has trained new technicians in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, and is always offering advice and insights on new techniques to improve productivity. Austen loves the outdoors and playing ice hockey, a sport he's participated in for years.

Cub Dillard, National Franchise Consultant
With over 30 years experience in sales and finance, Cub Dillard, National Franchise Consultant, is on a mission to find hard-working individuals across the country to join the family business. Cub’s gifts include getting to know people on a personal level, giving them expert, detailed training, on-going technical support, and a commitment to keep improving our products. Cub lives in the mountains with Sharon and their Labradors. He is a gourmet cook and will feed anyone who shows up for dinner.

John Disque, National Technical Consultant
After more than 30 years owning a custom paint store, John decided to retire. But his interests – his wife, woodworking, good friends and camping – weren't enough to keep him away from his true passion, coatings. Certified as an Advanced Coatings Consultant through the Paint and Decorating Retailers Association, John knows his stuff and is ready to develop new and better coatings for Get A Grip. He also manages our inventory and cost-control systems, as well as our safety program. He'll tell jokes to whoever will listen.

Christina Huesing, Sales Manager
Christina has known Sharon for the past five years through their local gym, Duke City Strength. Christina worked in the food service industry for ten years as a cook, manager, caterer, and chef when the exhaustion from working late nights and weekends finally caught up to her. In August 2016, she spoke to Sharon about making a drastic career change and the timing worked out perfectly. She now does all the residential and commercial estimates for the corporate office. Christina recently purchased a home in Albuquerque and spends her time working on her new house with her two dogs running around.

Danielle Huesing, Accounts Manager
Danielle joined our team in March of 2017. She previously worked for Farmers Insurance as a customer service manager. Her experience there taught her how to handle account management, collections and excellent customer service. She made the switch after seeing how happy and fired-up her sister Christina was after joining the Get A Grip team herself. Danielle and her husband Jonathan live in Albuquerque with their two sons and just recently purchased their home.

Trinity Koch, National Project Manager
Trinity joined Get A Grip in June of 2017. She has previously worked in vet clinics and through contract with the New Mexico DOT, which gave her a flexible schedule while she was a full-time student at the University of New Mexico. While there, she studied English and Spanish. Here at the corporate office, she assists each of the franchises with advertising, training, and general tech support while also tackling whatever projects Sharon and Ryan throw her way.
